Almodóvar Film Festival

Movie: All about my mother

The beauty of Pedro Almodóvar films is that they have a tendency to capture you from the start. Be it romance, comedy, drama, suspense or combination of them all, you will not be disappointed. In June, July and August we will introduce you to some of his great films. If you have already seen them, you will want to see them again; you will not be disappointed. Bring a date, your family or friend for a night of Almodóvar.

The Summer Reading Program for adults, Book Your Summer, isn’t just about reading. This year’s theme, Build a Better World, is about joining together to make this planet we call home a better place. So join us, and dive into a summer of art, learning, storytelling, music, playing and film at Austin Public Library locations all across Austin this June through August. Book Your Summer and all Library programs are free and open to the public. For more information call 512-974-7400 or Ask a Librarian
